I use the Airtronics 357 and its a pretty good servo. Its fast strong and relativily light. The speed is .07 @ 6.0V and has about 125 oz of torque. I'd also recommend Futaba servos. The one servo brand that I would not recommend is Hitech. I've owned two and both eventually went bad.
