My MTX3 in the beginings, sometimes rotate to the right 180 degree at full brake position. Nothing you can do because its chassis dynamics things. Assuming you have proper setting of downstop, chamber, toe-in, etc. you could reduce the chance of spinning by reducing the braking power so the rear tires will not lock up completely.
