38's are basically the same size as the 37's and will fit well if you can get an aluminum tray. When I switched to the 37's the tray was the only thing I changed. I don't shrink wrap my cells either. Since it is basically just to save the labels on your matched cells, just do as I do and us clear packaging tape to cover the labels. I would check your LHS for the tray, if not there, then Horizon. THe part number is: LOSA4309 .
