Hi guys. Greetings from Malta.

V12.

Yokomo have recently done that and the new front one way works great, and stays that way. i now have one in mine.

I don't know that people have had problems with the Associated front one way, except for snapped outputs. However I'm sure bigger bearings can only help to make it stronger.

REDSAND.

The system is supposed to be that the more you incline the shocks, the softer your springing - all a question of leverages. Also with a more inclined shock the shock piston itself has to travel a greater distance for the car to move from a given ride height to another, which means that the shock pistons are working through a larger volume of oil.

That's the theory of course. You'll just have to try it for yourself and see what happens. We run my son's TC3 with both front and rear shocks on the top inner hole, and very soft springs, with 40 oil all round. It works great on our track. But that doesn't mean it will work on your track.

I'm afraid it's a question of "suck it and see"1

Regards

Joe from sunny Malta.
