Thanks for you opinion, you just saved me $40... Just for my reference, do you recall how many shims you did (F/R) on your diff, and on your bevel pinion input shaft (F/R)......? I know I did MORE then what the manual said, and I thought they are OK, except, I keep stripping gears....

my shimming is close to the stock set-up.
you don't want it tight...there should be a little play.
