crimson eagle: thanks for the info its version 10.47, i got it used but in great condition.

a couple more questions:

1. the default discharge rate is 20 amps, but it goes all the way to 40 when i press #. the front panel indicates "20 amp discharge." can it discharge at more than 20 amps?

2. how do i remove the internal battery? since i got mine used, i think its time to replace it as i always get a "memory cleared..." message during startup. i just set my charge and cutoff rates everytime i unplug the power supply.
