Your not going to like my answer but...

For camber an RPM camber gauge.

For Toe in....your eyeballs . I have been doing this for 19 years and my eyeballs always are dead on. Sometimes to humor myself I will put my car on a Take Off Setup Board that has 1mm grids on it. Then you can see if the wheels are toed in or out very clearly. I always go for just a touch of toe out.

I asked Blackstock how he sets toe in and caster...he said he eyeballs it too
