You lost me here... I guess you are trying to see how Tower came up with their weight?
Painted bodies weight ~ 110 grams so if you take Towers listed weight and add 110 grams you get about 1860 grams which is within reason.
Most of us post race-ready weight and this includes a painted body of course.
