Its been done before but they usually last 4-12 months before going under. Space is expensive here and the guys that have done it before were either completely clueless (RPM) or extremely shady (Xtreme Raceway). I know that somewhere there is the right mix of building, rent and people to make a successful indoor track in FL. Someone just needs to look into it seriously.
