The PRS adapter is definately dialed, makes it a lot easier to get the spur gear on too since I believe with the stock stuff you have to pull out the center shaft to get the gear off.
You do not have to pull the shaft at all to get the stock gear off, just the E clip and then the gear. It really is not that hard to do.
