What is the best procedure for equilize the sticks packs ?

Considering that only equilize on fully charge is possible there are two way:

- Fully charge a packs at low amps (100 or 200 or 300mAmps for 33/37h or 17/19h or 10/13h)

- Fully charge with delta peack at 2 or 3 amps ... let the cells cool down, and then charge them for 2,3,4h at 100 or 200mAmp

Which way to you guy follow up ... and how often do you equilize your cells ?
