I'm not sure where you get your definition of 'public' but this is not a public forum. It's privately owned and operated, and as such, there are rules and they will be enforced. Freedom of speech is the general rule here, but that does not include profanity, vulgarity, or sexual materials. We will undoubtedly miss things here and there but when they are brought to our attention, we will deal with them.
