Velcro??? Again I would not recommend that either. You will be taking too much of risk in the esc coming loose and shorting out or being damaged.
You want the esc to be firmly attached to the chassis.
If you are looking for a way to change it out quicly then use double sided tape (servo tape) just stick it down and you can pull it up and replace the tape in a few secs and restick it.
