WHich PS. I use the Pyramid 20 amp...well here is the one I use.

I have had not one problem with it in almost a year of continuos use. I bought a second one for all the excessories...i.e. motor master, comm lathe, Smart tray, fans and what everyelse that uses 12V, while the other is soley used for chargers...I use two chargers....

Sounds like you might have gotten a bad PS or your Orion is eatinng too many amps.
