are you talking about the tires that someone showed a cutaway of awhile back from a big race in Florida? it had a grey colored foam core hidden inside the black foam rubber.
if thats what your talking about....? NOPE, haven't seen them mentioned for sale or even annouced as being a new product available.
Those are the Jaco 2 stage tires, they've been out for a little while now. I have a set but have not tried them yet.
