i ask myself the same thing on why they are'nt more popular, i mean their far more rigid and dont tear and crack which as oppose to the lexan ones. Since they came into the racing scene ive not stopped using them since, i suppose the factor in why people dont like to use them is that it could be a bit on the heavier side which for me is really something i can live with considering the pro's with using one. Other manufacturer i know that make em for 1/10th scale is Kyosho. It is a little wider than the yokomo version but i like it.
