using standoffs down the center is not very effective.being that the upper and lower footprint or mounting surface is very narrow it has very little effect on the rigidity.now adding multiple standoffs just will increase the chance of tweak being that it does not have enough bracing surface.just look at the set up they used at the reedy race.no side standoffs to add flex.what happened to those usefull center standoffs?they do not do much.this is why i offer the wide center support that braces wider for more leverage and allows the brace to do its job without all the clutter.trust me on this,i started this whole wide bracing and center support bit about 3 years ago.i agree with you on the motor mount dude.it seems when i do something people want to see it like AE setup.when AE does what i did its now ok.i cant win.
