Default Questions on the CTX mode
Finally got a Cell Master

I am discharging my batts to 0 Volts using the DS feature of the Novak Smart tray and used solder across the terminals and store them deadshorted for days.
My question: Is it safe to connect the charging terminals on the batts while the solder is still on and leave it until a minute of charging using the cell master ? the reason I want to do this is that I dont want the cells to recover voltage right away becasue as soon as you remove the solder the volts will increase.Let me know your thoughts?
