The drop down adjustment has always been there. As with the M8 the head can be adjusted up or down by a 1/4" or so.
I think that they are refering more to the fact that the wheel is inline with the throttle which seems to be a big deal all of a sudden because of the KO/JR radio's. Also, the wheel can not be angled.
