At the moment, all I do is charge them at 6amps linear and after a race discharge them on my charger/discharger at 10 amps and then let them sit till the next time I need to use them (usually 1 week).

Should I be doing anything different? Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
According to the distributor, IB has improved the new 3600 cells and with a new shrink. New IB3600 is based on IB3800 cells. So we use same charging/storage way as IB3800. We have found that the new IB3600 has similar runtime as GP3700 but has more punch than GP. The much improvement over the old 3600s are they don't drop much in performance during our 8 minutes race while the old IB3600 only good for 5-6 min. It is really good news to us.
