I've been using Trinity's Royal Oil for quite some time in bearings, it's very thin and does seem to minimize rolling resistance.
Lately I've been using Tribotech Power Matrix comm drops as bushing and bearing oil. It's a bit thicker than the Royal Oil, but the bearings still spin very freely with it.

i was reading a motorbike mag recently and there was a advert for chain oil. it contained teflon and supposedly had properties so that it stays on what you spray it on. anything with teflon has got to be good for your bearings. it was a oz mag...so weather it's available OS im not sure.
