After charge, check the temperature of cell.
If they are not enough warm, charge them again with Peak charge mode.
After charge, temperature should be around 42~50degree.
Higher deltapeak value also will help.
Please try 10mV ~ 16mV.
And make sure keeping good contact between alligator clips and your battery.
This s very important.
