Timmy, mine are screwed out quite a bit as well. The best way to check if it is simply a matter of tightening the spring preload is to lift the car off the table by hand from the tower. If there is enough suspension the car wil raise before the tires. If this happens, it is only a matter of tightening the spring preload a little more.....If not, then something is restricting the suspension movement. Try it again without the shocks on the car, this will let you know if it is in the shock or suspension...............Hope it works for you after the tweaks you found.....
