I just contacted RD Logics' sales staff. That was cool, they responded quickly. They had the part and I ordered it along with some other spur and pinion gears. They looked up my account on their website and we placed the order. It's good to know the sales staff will look for the replacement part.
I do wish they can make the regular parts available online. But contacting them via email is the next best thing.
By the way, what weight oil are you guys using on your shocks? I'm running at a large track, long straights and not-so-tight turns.
