I think you'll find a few people will start bolting in these new TZ's. I have run mine now for the equivalent of 7 race meetings so far and it doesn't even look like slowing yet. Very minimal wear on the rod, maybe the bearings could use replacing shortly, but apart from that I have no issues at all. Still has very good compression, even when hot.

The only hint or tip I can suggest is that the carb retaining bolt should be tightened as per the direction in the manual, otherwise the clear spacer around the base of the carb does crack. I know, I didn't read the book
