Also the last two bodies I did the clear coat reacted with the spray paint I backed it with. Been using the same stuff and I actually let it cure longer than usual. Using rustoleum white to back and then Krylon clear. Been fine up until now so not sure what’s going on. The rc10 body I was trying to do a nighttime body for my friend. Not a fan of his color scheme as it has too much black in it so tried to do something different. Don’t really like how it turned out.

Redo of this one. Redrew it about 20x trying to find something that looked ok. Hard for me to do them when I don’t like the colors.

Definitely should have used more yellow and the black stencil was too much. Also smudged it a little..I did use transparent yellow first but I should have probably used the stencil only in the wide part.

Also realizing the chrome is best for small areas. Can see every line where I scuffed the body, looks more like brushed finish. Wishing I did some shading under the red also.

Originally I was going to fade the red but I tried thinning it and think I did too much. Haven’t had great luck fading pearl colors. Also used pearl white and the chrome makes it look more gray than it is.
