Another update on the ghost thread
I finally got the last parts for my build ,
The rear 2.0° toe block and a fresh set of wheels / tires.
The look of that buggy is a timeless classic
The now rare toe block (had to import it from France of all places...)
A good look at the final setup !
In my previous post I forgot to mention I'm running RPM rod ends on the steering rod , the original open TLR design is a little weak and creates play overtime.
Old school decals because XX4 always sounded better than 22-4 and to troll a little bit...
Fresh set of Schumacher rubber and DE racing which is the last company still making front wheels in the correct offset...
Final race weight :
1659g , sure , 71g heavier than the minimum but I didn't go crazy on the weight saving yet and still using stainless screws.
So really not that bad for such a dense design.
Next up is a shakedown at my local track once they reopen
