Is anyone else getting a sort of 'sprung' binding in the steering arm when tightening the highlighted screws (particularly the 2x6).
What I mean by 'sprung' is that after the 2x6 is tightened, the arm moves freely for a portion of its travel and then binds. Then when I push it to get past the binding, the arm suddenly flips the rest of the way... I guess it's like a light switch. You move it to a certain point, and then it will snap the rest of the way. My steering arm is doing something like that when I tighten 2x6.
