No, they are leaking on the bottom, from the seals...but that brings up an interesting point. Is it possible that I screwed the bottom cap on too tight, and maybe it squeezes the seals too much? Im not sure...mebbe I will try to loosen the bottom cap a lil bit n see what happens. I can say though, that the shaft hole, on the bottom cap, on all four shocks, does seem to be very slightly out of round... I am thinking of buying a new set of shocks also.
