One of the benefits of the 6PV is that you can fit virtually all of the alternative ergonomic parts that are available for the 10PX.
I've got big hands so over the last couple of months I've been experimenting with them.
I've never driven with the drop-down (which comes in the box). Straight after installing it I found it very unbalanced in my hands. The standard wheel position is quite dropped anyway.

- 5 degrees angle mount (in the box). I love this. Keeps the wheel away from my body, and aligns with my wrist, much more ergonomic.
- Large wheel and 32 degree adapter (included in the box). You can definitely feel more precision in smaller wheel movements, but that does also mean that going from lock to lock is slower. Helps to stop my fingers squashing against each other. Overall I prefer the standard wheel at 34 degrees but there is not much in it.
- Large rubber grip (optional). The design extends a ridge along the back to increase the size, which I find quite uncomfortable near the thumb. Not one I would recommend.
