Funny is that when you suggest to run sensorless so no tricks on the sensor is possible many racers are complaining that it will not give a proper drive while for sure with todays ESC's and higher turns motors the control is pretty decent.
With a 14 pole outrunner motor, driveablity isn't an issue, they run cool, are nice and smooth and a great opportunity to drop a motor size and still maintain torque levels.
