I'd estimate by submission i'll be lucky to get within 10 seconds of your current time =P
Box Stock is my weakest class, but mainly because I tend to drive with power not finesse. I still drive like I'm on dirt with stadium trucks. though I'm trying to be smoother. I too struggle with CCW, but have gotten much better over time driving the Challenge! In Box Stock, I keep my throttle at 100% and use Bachman's EZ Lube, and still need more power to drive like I like. I TRY to back off full throttle as little as possible, just lifting as much as needed to make the turns. That's now after 10s of thousands of laps, where until about a year ago I thought 100% throttle was never going to happen for me. So when starting a new layout, I turn the throttle d/r down 10-20%, and start driving till I'm comfortable with the track. Then start timing myself as I bump up the throttle till my times start to fall off due to errors, back off a click then run. Sometimes a slow feeling car will have better overall times! I'm amazed every month when I put my cars on the clock, and my most powerful car's fast lap is only a few tenths slower than my BoxStock's that feels SOO SLOW!!!

I learned A LOT watching PoorBoys videos of him running the Mini96! You can see, and for me the biggest help, hear how he throttles as he drives, as well as watch his lines. Worth the watch!!!

Your driving line makes a huge difference in your times too! I didn't realize how much, till I started using the "Path Tool" on Z Round's track designer. It gives you the path length in Meters, and there can be a 2-4 meter difference in total depending on you line! I shaved off quite a bit of time learning to run off the outside wall constantly!

Anyway, Hope yall are having fun turning some laps! I'm having a blast, but get frustrated with myself as my brain is still trying to drive CW! I'll run 10-15 good laps, stop concentrating as hard, then have a few bad laps trying to refocus!
Have a Great Weekend! Drew
