Yeah, are you using RaySpeed MIP CVD's? If so, did you grind down the flange on the wheel hexes? Did you degrease all of the bearings but put no/or very little oil back in them? Shim too tight? Does the drivetrain spin free without a motor hooked up? Check the Yokomo BD forum...
