They added active rear steer to a stock TT-02, but did admit in their review that any improvements could be simply because the mod had more rear toe than a stock TT-02.

TheRcRacer also added active rear toe on a TT-02-S kit (but it should work the same on an S/SR/SRX) kit. Here is a link to that article showing pictures and parts used...
