I guess I'm as curious as everyone else - developing a new slick in compounds nobody uses where slicks are used is an interesting choice for sure. Maybe it really is a dirt oval thing more than anything else. Any insights

Unfortunately not all the compounds came in at the same time and more compounds are on the way (green, blue, and clay). Yes, this tire design is more geared towards dirt oval, but has been very good in testing for sealed/glued off-road tracks as well.
