I’ve looked extensively on Wayback.

Food for thought:
Libraries contain many books upon a subject. Each book contains many chapters. Shall I ignore one such chapter since I have already read another in some other book? Perhaps I may be so lucky to speak to the author of such a chapter even though the book was written many years ago.

I now have the DesktopRegistration file from another chapter in another book. If someone reads this in the future feel free to reach out to me for it. Hopefully I will find the other as well through persistence.
