There shouldnt be an issue if your pack is stored at storage voltage "unbalanced". When you charge them up next time you use them, your charger will balance charge them.

Though I would explore options in the charger settings to see if they offer "STO" or "Storage Mode" which should offer balance protection and will either charge/discharge accordingly instead of using the "DIS" or "Discharge" mode.
It may be helpful to learn more information about the specific charger being used to see which settings it may offer.
Most name brand chargers offered today will provide balance protection for all modes within the LiPo range of functions.
