So I checked some of my batteries today after being Stored for awhile. I had a couple that were reading 23% total and the cells were ready around 3.75.

Had my newest 4s Were ready around 50% total with cells ready around 3.80.
One of the cells on one was reading like 3.76 and others were 3.80-3.82
