Went back to ashby today... thought I'd do a bit more testing ahead of next weekend. Put 4 packs through the car, played with gearing, suspension and bodyshells.
I'm pretty much set for the nationals now.
I softened the springs one rate all round (Yellow on F, Fluro Red on R) the car, and put yellow roll bars on. seemed to have more grip, and was even more stable! could happily ride the crubs without the car stepping out, was just awesome.
If anything, had not quite enough initial turn-in, but i can play around with that next weekend, possibly by just changing back to CS22's.....
Fingers crossed for a good time next sunday..
