that's a loaded statement right there. how much power do you feel you should be getting out of these motors and what is that feeling based on?

StephenR has dyno'd a ton of different 17.5 motors, and a while back I did some number crunching on the raw data he so generously provided. Here's a spreadsheet filtered to show the data for a couple of current gen motors. Not all motors are tested at the same timing increments so it's hard to do exact 1 to 1 comparisons, but I picked as close to 45 degrees as I could for each motor. When you look at the watts produced and the time taken to spin the flywheel to certain RPM's, there's nothing that stands out about the Exalt one way or the other. I'd say the only real conclusion you could draw from the data is there's no reason for them to be as insanely expensive as they are.
