I like my Fantom ESCs. Its fast to connect to my phone and has lots of tuning parameters. My mod cars are smooth and easy to drive and my stock car has tons of punch. Im sure they'll be roar approved soon, no idea what the hangup is.
Its most definitely a Roar issue. 6-9 months after I had the test reports back from Howard Cano (Roar’s former appointed esc tester) showing that our XSC150P passed inspection it was still not listed on the approval list of the Roar website. After 2 nice emails from myself to Roar I heard nothing back. By my 3rd email to them I had to threaten taking further action and then the next day the XSC150P was finally listed on their website as approved. Ironically, every new HW esc that gets dropped happens to be listed approved on their website at the time that they get released. I wonder why that is…
