I got my PN 2.5W chassis in today, and swapped my Stock chassis over. The chassis I replaced was my first MR03's chassis, because it's front body mount holes had long been stripped, then I Heli-coiled it, and it worked for over a year. But one of the tabs that hold the screws completely split. It wouldn't hold a heli-coil and trying to put a nut on it caused it to get into the spring pocket, causing a bad bind.
Anyway, it's running very well, though it needs fine tuning. I have it fitted with a PN Multi-Mount Pod, PN Gear Diff, PN 3500kv. I am trying out the new Marka V14F25-LP front tires, and while they feel hard, they actually drive pretty good! I've only ran a hundred laps or so, but so far I like them. I will time test them against some PN KS-M and KS Mediums and report back.
ALSO, I drove the new 2.5 with the repaired 12C, pictured above, and the repair held great!!! I hit the wall very hard a few times trying to push the car into a TR, and the patch never budged! I will run the 787B this weekend and hopefully it holds just as well. So I will keep yall updated on how the glue is holding, but it seems if Plastic Surgery might be a permanent fixer of Kyosho bodies!
We have been a Mini Dachshund house for 25 years having MANY over the years. All have passed on now leaving us with only a 65lb American Bully (Hip), She was raised with the Mini's, so she has NO IDEA of her size! She likes to lay in the recliner with me 24/7. We have foster puppies quite often, as my wife's clinic works with alot of rescues.
