It's not a simple case of harm vs no harm. Leaving it charged for any length of time harms it to some degree. The longer you leave it, the more you reduce the life of the pack.

It doesn't matter nearly as much that storing at 100% capacity harms IR and all the other things discussed. It still happens though it’s less noticeable
