Short answer: yes.
Not sure I've seen a 3-channel receiver with only 3 ports, but yeah a splitter will work fine. Just make sure to use a decent quality one and watch for it getting snagged or working loose.
Some motor fans are happy to work off the battery directly, so consider that option too.
