I won a race with that esc.. I was always a Novak fan. I mostly ran the cyclone for years. But a used Novak is pricey.. was just wanting to fix up my old buggy.. thanks for the help.
I get that you want to fix up the old buggy again, but why not simply use a current model brushed ESC for that?
