Is OP still looking to race this car? Its been almost 10 years since this thread was started. I have seen some new TC3 kits floating around for sale if he wants to rebuild one, but for racing, I wouldn't say its a very competitive car compared to what's out there now and I used to race the TC3 back in the back as my backup car.
