Consistent results every time and if you’re tuning a crap load of motors you dont have to worry about the battery dropping in voltage. This one is similar to the one I have as I can’t find the exact one anymore. Connect to my power supply set your desired voltage and forget about it.

The Hobbywing has a built in voltage regulator, this is a bit redundant. A good idea for other brands though. But make sure you get one with sufficient current rating, 4.5A is too low.
