That is incorrect.

Fantom, Corsatec are non Hobbywing oem as are,
Rocket-RC have one out this week that has built in Bluetooth.
ZTW beast pro G2/V2 much the same but expect to pay more.

The Pro Performance esc is also meant to be decent.
