Back in 2013, a friend of mine bought one of the
2012 HPI Falken Tire Porsche 911 GT3 RSR (Part #:
HPI108220) and I always loved the livery and colors of it! I wish I bought one for myself but I had a TC6.1 that I just started racing at the time and I really didn't feel the HPI's were as competitive but I loved all their bodies!
Since they're discontinued, they've been really difficult to find but so far, I've managed to locate a new clear body (Part #:
HPI108370) so at this point, I'm trying to piece together the rest of the car, starting with the original chassis (
Sprint 2 Sport) but I have a question about the original tires the RTR kit came with (
referring to the blue Falken logo stamped on the tires)...

did HPI sell these tires separately (if so, anyone know the Part #'s for them?)
or could you only get them if you bought the RTR kit?
So I'll see where this journey takes me but I really look forward to adding this car and the HPI BMW M3 GT2 (
HPI106168) to my collection! Please let me know if you or anyone you know is willing to sell theirs!
