The turning takes a little time to get used to. Less is actually more when it comes to steering. If you turn the wheel full lock, the bike will lean to max angle and ride on the outrigger wheel. That takes weight off the front tire and makes the bike push. There are 3 sets of bumpstops for the outriggers that let the bike lean more or less. The outriggers have droop screws also to adjust. Turning the MSX6 control up or down also adjusts how much the radio 'helps' keeping the bike upright when moving.
I can drive the bike around myself in a 3 foot radius at about walking speed, just takes a few packs to practice for most people.
